Selina’s hymn

Year 5, Mottram St Andrew

Selina tip-toed down the ancient mine in search of the svarts. She started singing a hymn, and the hymn got louder and louder. Soon the whole cave was rumbling with the sound of Selina’s singing.

All of a sudden, the svarts woke up, knowing a new leader awaited them. The svarts charged from their territory and bowed down to Selina. Selina began to hypnotise the svarts and led them out of the mine ruins. She ordered them to watch Colin and susan
