Give!

The Argentinians, St James CE Rusholme

One day, Sally was playing with her friend Lucy. All of a sudden, a boy named Harry came walking up to her and Lucy and said “Give me all your lunch money.” But then Sally said “No! You can’t tell me to give you all of my money.”

The next day, Sally and Lucy were playing skipping when Harry came up and said “Give me all your lunch money or else”. Sally was very clever indeed, so she said “Or else what?” Then Harry said “Or else you will not see the end of tomorrow.” So Sally gave him the money and had no lunch.

A few days after, the same thing happened. Then the next, then the next. Sally got more and more upset. When this had been happening, Lucy heard everything. She told Sally to tell the teacher, but Sally was scared.

Sally thought about what would happen the next day. Sally had a toy called Benji. She talked to Benji when she had troubles. She asked him “What should I do Benji?” Benji said “You should tell the teacher straight away.” So, the next day Sally told Miss Hearveman about Harry and from then on she never got bullied ever again.
