Billy was the sort of boy that didn’t care about anything! He didn’t care about what he wore, what his test results were, what he said to people or even how he said it. Billy liked to drop his t’s and h’s. Actually, he dropped most of his letters! His surname was Bartlet, bu ee ronouced it ar le!
Milly, Molly and Mandy were the complete opposite to Billy. They were popular, pretty and petite. He was short and scruffy. They didn’t get on very well.
“Billy is a BULLY!” Molly told her friends.
He had been pestering them since nursery school and now it had gone too far! Every time they went into class Billy pulled their hair. Great big clumps came out each time! It was getting out of hand!

The next day they felt really smug, they really thought they had caught him out, but oh no, Billy was too smart for that. He wouldn’t be fooled by a new haircut, he was a bully!!
One miserable day, the horrible boy violently pulled Milly’s hair yet again! They were in the middle of one of Mrs Titingham’s (or as Billy pronounced it I i nams!) assemblies. Billy was sat at the back behind Milly and he reached out a grubby hand and pulled a massive clump away from the beautiful hair. Milly screamed “AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH!” The teacher looked at her and shouted, “Be quite, what are you screaming about?”
“Billy pulled my hair,” Milly replied, “it really hurt!”
Mrs Titingham told Billy to go and sit at the front, with the Reception children.
At the end of the day, Milly headed straight for Hair Heaven. It was Harriet’s day off. There was another lady with long braided hair and a couple of tattoos working. ‘She’ actually turned out to be a man! Her/his name was Henry. Henry was a trainee hairdresser and chopped a further 15, 20, 30, 40, 50cm off the girl’s hair before he got the razor out. “Thank you very much, I’m sure Billy won’t be able to pull our hair any more, especially because it’s… AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH” they screamed as Henry held up the mirror to reveal their three bald heads…
