Larry had always wondered where he had come from.
All his friends had families, but Larry lived by himself in a foster house.
Sometimes he felt very lonely. With no family, he didn’t feel he had an identity. Larry started to think about it more and more. He wanted to know who he really was, so, he started to look for his identity.
He looked all over his foster house. He searched in the kitchen, hunted in the bathroom and explored in the bedroom.
One day, as he was searching in his bedroom, he stumbled through his wardrobe into another world…
After quite a tumble, Larry stood up. He looked around and could see marshy mountains surrounding him and a rickety rackety bridge.
On the far side of the bridge, Larry could see something glistening in the sun, so he decided to walk across.
Blober, the chubby goblin, was busy enjoying his cheeseburger when he heard someone on the bridge, so he leapt up to see who it was.
“What are you doing on my bridge?” croaked the goblin. He took one step forward then… CRACK! The bridge broke beneath him.
Larry rushed forward to help, forgetting the danger. Larry worked together with Blober to rescue him, using only his belt and his heart. The goblin was safe!
Blober thanked Larry and said “Here, have my cheeseburger.’’ Larry looked at the burger and was a bit disappointed. “Thanks.’’ he said with a sigh.
Just then, the burger started to glow. Larry looked at the bottom and noticed a piece of shiny metal in the shape of an ‘L’.
“What is this?” asked Larry, but the goblin was gone.
